We are always looking for ways to improve our program and services. Please give us feedback via phone or email at anytime. We take all feedback, especially concerns, with the highest regard. If you would like to file a more formal grievance, we have described the procedure below.
Grievance procedure: A formal grievance is a complaint or resentment that you would like pragmatic, deliberate, and solution-focussed follow up with you. All grievances will be saved and filed for routine review by this organization as part of our ongoing improvement of the program, annually or more. Grievances will also be reviewed by our CEU authorization board (CAMFT) as part of our subsequent renewal applications to provide CEUs. We will confirm receipt of your grievance within 24 hours and provide a solution focussed response within 72 hours. How we respond to each grievance will be determined on a case by case basis. We will likely want to meet to make sure we understand your concern. If the grievance warrants change on our part, we will develop a plan of correction so that it won’t happen again. Upon request we can notify you weekly until plan of correction is implemented. We greatly appreciate your feedback and we care about your experience.
