I have listed a few steps you can take in continuing your search for therapists.
Step 1: Call your insurance provider to ask for a list of local therapists and how much your co-pay might be. (I’m happy to look up your coverage on my end as well, but it’s good to be duly sure.)
Step 2: Make sure you can afford the copay listed by your insurance company or look at your budget to see if you can afford services.

Step 3: Think about your expectations of therapy; what do you hope to get out of therapy? This way you can discuss those with potential therapists.
